    Max. daily consumption per person of raw chia seeds is approximate 15g that equates to 2 tablespoons.

    Add the raw chia SOS seeds without cooking to your milk, shakes, yogurt, juices, soups, sauces, dishes or desserts, creating nutritious and enjoyable recipes. You can eat it directly or you can hydrate the chia seeds for 15 min until they absorb the liquid and become gelatinous
