    In compliance with the applicable personal data protection legislation, Herba Ricemills, S.L.U. (“Herba”) hereby advises you that your personal data (the “Data”) provided by you will be incorporated to a personal data file owned by Herba. In such respect, Herba makes the following information available to you:

    Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of enabling communication with you in relation to your enquiry, as well as for any other purposes as may be advised to you. In this regard, we hereby advise you that your data will not be processed in any way that is incompatible with the above-stated purpose.

    Herba will process your Data for the period of time required for the proper conduct of any relationship that may arise with you. Beyond such term, Herba may retain your Data blocked for the period of time required to ensure its legitimate right to prepare, bring and/or defend itself against any claims whatsoever, in which case it will adopt suitable technical and organisational measures to ensure due protection of the Data.

    1. LEGAL GROUNDS.

    The legal grounds for the processing of your Data are the entire set of laws and regulations applying to the relationship conducted with you by Herba.

     

    1. RECIPIENTS.

    You are hereby advised that your Data may be disclosed to the Spanish affiliates of the Ebro Foods group of companies, as well as to third parties when so required to ensure compliance with any legal and/or contractual obligations arising from any relationship conducted with you.

    1. PROCESSING ON BEHALF OF THIRD PARTIES.

    Ebro Foods, S.A. is in charge of the management and maintenance of the systems where the data are hosted.

    1. RIGHTS.

    We hereby advise you that you have the following Rights in relation to the processing of your Data:

    • The right to access your Data;
    • The right to require amendment of any inaccurate Data concerning you;
    • The right to require erasure of your Data;
    • The right to restrict the processing of your Data;
    • The right to require the portability of your Data;
    • The right to object to the processing of your Data; and
    • The right to bring a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the competent supervisory authority in Spain.

    As the Data subject, you may exercise your Rights in accordance with the applicable legislation. To exercise your rights of access, amendment, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding the processing of your Data by Herba, you must send a letter to Herba, enclosing proof of your identity, by post or by courier to Calle Real 43, 41920 San Juan de Aznalfarache (Sevilla), Spain, indicating “Protección de datos de carácter personal” (Personal data protection) on the envelope, or by email to protecciondedatos@herba.es. We likewise advise you that, after you have exercised your rights of erasure, restriction and objection, Herba may continue to retain your Data in the events provided by the law.

     

    1. THIRD-PARTY PERSONAL DATA.

    In the event that the personal data provided by you should belong to a third party, you hereby warrant that (i) you have advised that third party of the present Privacy Policy; (ii) you have obtained that third party’s consent to provide their data to Herba for the purposes set out in section 2 above; and (iii) the data provided for that third party are accurate and up to date, and you assume liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the provision of the third party’s data to Herba.
